    Seeking a Full-Time candidate, who is interested in joining an organization who embraces the Person Directed Framework, to organize support services for individuals living with Mental Health and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The candidate must be able to complete a basic functional assessment, identify an individual’s needs, partner with program participants and staff, all while being effective working with teams.  The ideal candidate will also be expected to respond to planned training and support needs, facilitate debriefings, develop support agreements and maintain progress notes. The position requires a valid Driver’s License, Master’s Degree in Social Work, and 2+ years experience working with MH/IDD consumers. Knowledge and experience with Positive Approaches, Person Centered Thinking, group facilitation, and staff mentoring is a plus.
